VEGANUARY AT GWA

VEGANUARY AT GWA

Hands up who’s giving plant based a go this New Year? There are many reasons to give veganism a try, and whether you’re doing it for your health, the environment or the animals there is no need to miss out on delicious food with the fantastic options we have in the Arcade!

Great Western Arcade is the home of fine-dining vegan restaurant Land, beloved of everyone from Brummie locals to Guardian food critic Jay Rayner. Perfect for a special lunch or date night, but be sure to book online as this is always a very popular spot

For grab-and-dash lunches there’s Kuula Poke with steaming bowls of ramen, build-your-own tofu poke bowls, hummus wraps and freshly squeezed juices

Those with a sweet tooth will find themselves in heaven at Mr Simms – all vegan items are clearly labelled including a whole counter of vegan pic n’ mix where you can relive your childhood among the penny sweets

The best coffee shop in town (we may be biased!) is of course Morridge, where you can people-watch from a comfy seat, but did you also know that almost everything on the menu can be veganised? Think pancakes, breakfast rolls, soups and of course, porridge!

Whether you’ve been vegan for years or just fancy a dabble into the world of plant based food, you’re sure to find the tastiest options at Great Western Arcade.
