Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be big, booked, or perfectly planned.
This year, Great Western Arcade invites you to experience Valentine’s in a slower, softer way — one filled with spontaneous moments, gentle surprises, and just enough theatre to lift your afternoon.
On Saturday 14th February, from 11 am to 3 pm, the arcade transforms into a charming pit stop of music, roses, and chocolate hearts — all free, and all simply there for you to enjoy.
No reservations required. Just wander in.
🎹 Music in the Arcade: Elton Wrong Takes the Keys
A white piano. Familiar tunes. And a performer who brings both humor and heart to the classics.
Meet Elton Wrong, a tribute act with a twist — bringing lighthearted energy and nostalgic music to the arcade in a way that feels both playful and surprisingly touching.
Performance times:
- 11:00 – 11:30
- 12:30 – 1:00
- 2:00 – 2:30
Whether you’re stopping for a flat white or just passing through, his melodies might just make you linger a little longer.
🌹 Roaming Roses & Chocolate Hearts
There’s something quietly beautiful about being handed a rose or a chocolate heart on a random Saturday.
As part of the arcade’s celebration, stilt walkers and performers will be drifting through, offering small gestures of kindness — no catch, no cost.

💐 A Valentine’s Giveaway (With No Strings Attached)
To celebrate the season, Great Western Arcade is also running a Valentine’s giveaway — gifting one lucky winner a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Daisy Florist, a beloved independent business in the arcade.
