Get ready to sparkle at our fantastic Christmas Market + More on Saturday 16th December!
There will be pop-up shops throughout the Arcade as well as a market of local crafts and produce in the concourse. Come and try your hand at FREE* arts and crafts workshops to make Christmas decorations and sweet treats, then relax whilst listening to festive music sung by a local singer and choir.
Whether you’re coming especially or just passing through, we can’t wait to welcome you to the Great Western Arcade on Saturday 16th December, 11am-5pm.
WORKSHOPS ON THE DAY
BATIK BAUBLES WORKSHOP*
Paint your own unique Christmas decoration to hang on the tree with Batik Ying, a Malaysian artist who will teach you the intricacies of this beautiful and traditional art form. Batik kits, original artwork and prints also available to buy, making the perfect gift for loved ones this Christmas.
XMAS BROWNIE DECORATING*
Enter into the festive spirit by decorating a delicious brownie with chocolate drizzles, sweet sprinkles and magical marshmallows. This popular pop-up shop will also be fully stocked with a fantastic range of ready-made brownies and blondies to take home (or eat on the spot!)
* The first 30 people get FREE Batik Bauble and Brownie Decorating Workshops, after that the workshops are charged per person.
